The Sift is a film composed of 95% AI-generated imagery, designed to capture that eureka moment in science and technology—the instant when a discovery changes everything.

As Senior Producer, I led the development of new collaborative systems that bridged traditional filmmaking workflows with emerging AI technologies. Within a one-day shoot, we captured striking practical footage of the vehicle, which then had to seamlessly integrate into an AI-driven narrative being developed in parallel.

The AI pipeline spanned multiple teams and stages, from still image generation to motion, and finally VFX refinement, each layer building toward a cohesive final film.

This project demanded a new way of working, where two creative worlds collided. It required us to rethink how we communicate, collaborate, and engage across disciplines; ultimately pushing the boundaries of both filmmaking and AI-driven storytelling.
